President's message

Dear friends,

With great pleasure that I invite you to participate in our 15th Brazilian Congress of Videosurgery and 4th Brazilian and Latin American Congress of Robotic Surgery that will be fully web and held from December 10th to 12th, 2020.

Originally our congress would be in May in the city of Fortaleza but unfortunately, due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, we decided to turn it into a virtual event thinking about the greater safety of all participants and also in the best way to adapt it to travel restrictions and focus of everyone at the resumption of elective surgeries.

Regardless of the format, we took care of the scientific program as usual and increased the size of the international faculty in the program, in addition to great national names who could not participate in May due to the lack of availability of their agendas.

In addition, we decided to offer registration free of charge to all participants as SOBRACIL's contribution to everyone in this difficult time that we are facing and a way to stimulate the training and continuing education of colleagues who are already being so severely affected by the pandemic.

We hope to see you at this unique event that we are sure will be amazing.
